Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom orders may require additional production time depending on design complexity and current workload.
Shipping times vary by location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We currently offer flat rate shipping across Canada and free shipping on qualifying orders over $300.

Local pickup or delivery may be available within the Okanagan on select orders.
